TASTING NOTES:Citrus and biscuit notes stand out , with a very well integrated wood on the nose . On the palate it is very voluminous and glyceric , acid and fresh , with abundant structure and enormous persistence .
FOOD PAIRING: Barbecued ribs, steaks and grilled vegetables.
