APPELLATION: Priorat DOCa.
VINIFICATION: Maceration during 8 days. Fermentation in 600-liter barrels with indigenous yeasts.
Aged 15 months in French oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES: Gran Predicat is a wine that demonstrates the great structure and potential of Priorat wines, fresh wines with a personality strongly marked by the terroir, mineral and powerful. And in particular, the wine with which Grifoll Declares seeks to convey the diversity of the places in the El Molar area. A selection of grapes from the autochthonous variety Garnacha from the Solanes, Comes and Barranc areas. Each place by name, just as it was done in the old days.
FOOD PAIRING: Perfect with game, roasts and cured meats, burguers or cheese. Also perfect for any kind of stew.
