GRAPE: Albariño.
APPELLATION: Rías Baixas DO.
VINIFICATION: Made with the juice of the first pressed Albariño grapes, vinified in inox tank. No aging, rest in the same inox tank for 5 to 6 months before bottling.
TASTING NOTES: Bright and clear with a color of hay and glint of green, high intensity wine with a torrent complex aromas. Floral hints, then the fruit with a background of herbs. The bouquet is that of a wonderful English garden.
FOOD PAIRING: Seafood, classic lobster, crab legs, escargots, fettuccine with shrimp, fresh oysters on ice, mussels, smoked salmon, white fish.

Rías Baixas Appellation is formed by a group of areas in Galicia which are characterized by sharing some physical conditions.
In 1986, the winery was one of the first to market wines protected by the denomination «Wines of the land» guaranteeing the origin of the Albariño del Salnés. After this experience, they actively attended the creation of the renowned Rías Baixas Designation of Origin, proud to be the 2nd winery
in order of registration.
The emblem mark bears the name of our first vineyard, located on a hill side between the municipalities of Ribadumia and Cambados, in the place of Fornos.
